I never watched him on a screen, but, boy, did I love to watch him do the same on the page. Every year for Christmas, we Johnson children would each receive one Disney comic (the thick, old-school ones that would fit into a palm so nicely), and my favorites were always the Scrooge McDuck comics. We would exchange the quickly-dog-eared copies among each other in the bitter, young weeks of January.
Spike Dunn loves Scrooge McDuck more than almost anyone I know. He let John and me borrow his collection of Scrooge McDuck comics to read while I was pregnant with Annika, and I finished them all in a day and a half.
And all this was a rambling way to say a simple and shared, "Agreed."
I'm also a Ducktale fan. In fact, my husband often sings the theme song around the house. Growing up, my brother & I had the Ducktales game on Nintendo (i believe)...where good ol'Scrooge McDuck would "pogo" on his cane to collect the money bags! Fun times!

Me too.
Ducktales, Rescue Rangers and Dark-wing Duck made for some AWESOME after-school TV. Yeah!
What was the one with baloo and the monkey and they had that cargo plane on that waterfront?

Truth.

Yet again, I expose my ignorance.
